KULLANIM ALANI VE ŞEKLİ

Bitki Çayı Olarak Tüketim İçin: Rezene tohumlarının içeriğindeki uçucu yağların suya tam olarak geçebilmesi için demlenmeden önce hafifçe ezilmesi (havanda çatlatılması) tavsiye edilir. 1 büyük fincan kaynamış suya 1 tatlı kaşığı çatlatılmış rezene tohumu eklenir. Uçucu yağların buharlaşmasını önlemek için fincanın ağzı kapatılarak 5-8 dakika demlenmeye bırakılır. Süzüldükten sonra sıcak olarak içilebilir; arzuya göre birkaç damla limon veya bal ile tatlandırılabilir. Genellikle yemeklerden sonra tüketilmesi önerilir.

HOW TO USE

For Consumption as a Herbal Tea: To ensure the essential oils within the fennel seeds are fully released into the water, it is highly recommended to gently crush or crack them (using a mortar) before brewing. Add 1 teaspoon of cracked fennel seeds into a large cup of boiled water. Cover the cup to prevent the volatile oils from evaporating, and leave to infuse for 5-8 minutes. After straining, it can be enjoyed warm; it can be sweetened with a few drops of lemon or honey if desired. It is generally recommended to be consumed after meals.

WARNINGS

Supportive product for food and cosmetic applications, not a medicine. Cannot be used to prevent or treat any disease. Do not use if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to fennel or other plants in the Apiaceae family (such as carrots, celery, or aniseed). Individuals with hormone-sensitive conditions must consult their doctor before consumption. For use by breastfeeding mothers or for infants (especially when intended for infant colic/gas), it is absolutely mandatory to obtain the approval of a pediatrician or a qualified physician first. Individuals taking regular medications should consult a doctor before use.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
